Diane Jacobs

Portland, Oregon

Diane Jacobs received her MFA in printmaking from San Francisco State University. She is the recipient of the James D. Phelan Award in printmaking from the San Francisco Foundation, an ArtistsĄŻ Book Residency Grant from the WomenĄŻs Art Studio Workshop in Rosendale, NY, and a Kala Art Institute Fellowship (Berkeley, CA). She has exhibited nationally for the last ten years and her books appear in the collections of the Getty Museum in Los Angeles, the New York Public Library, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis. She currently lives in Portland and teaches letterpress at the Oregon College of Arts and Crafts.
