Margaret Prentice

Margaret Prentice acquired her MFA at the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a professor in the Department of Art at the University of Oregon where she teaches papermaking, printmaking, drawing and artists¡¯ books. She has collaborated with other artist/publishers to produce four limited edition books. Her work has been shown nationally and internationally in over 220 exhibitions since 1983 and appears in the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, the University of Washington in Seattle, the New York Public Library Special Collections, the British Museum and Library, the National Library of New Zealand, the Getty Museum Collection and other public collections. Margaret and her sister founded Twinrocker Handmade Paper in Brookston, Indiana in 1971.
